This session takes a clinical approach to massage therapy combining a variety of therapeutic bodywork modalities such as deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, shiatsu, acupressure and reflexology.

* The focus is to address and alleviate the source of pain while improving circulation and one's quality of life.
​
Each client will have a personal consultation, during which his or her individual needs, present and past injuries, and bodywork preferences are noted.
​
In each session the recipient participates through deep breathing as well as identifying the exact location and intensity of discomfort.
​
Client's report they experience a significant decrease in pain, and increased flexibility after just one treatment.
Receiving two to three sessions can help naturally manage pain and stress from chronic injuries.

This session typically does not include full body massage as this session is out-come based. The primary treatment is targeted to the specific problem(s) the client presents, and is administered after a thorough assessment/evaluation by the licensed massage therapist.
