Breathe Into Relaxation With Guided Meditation & Visualization

Each class incorporates the awareness of breath and assists you on your personal journey to reclaiming peace, calmness and your natural state of being. This is a wonderful way to reclaim what breathing is really about. Through soothing music, diffusion of pure essential oils and warm stones, you will be able to ease into pure relaxation.

Meditation teaches us how to be flexible and unattached, never holding onto anything that can obstruct the natural, positive flow of life. 

Hot Yoga

Absolute Hot Yoga Sequence - 50 poses

This class uses a sequence of 50 poses and is practiced in a room heated to 102 degrees fahrenheit. The heat helps detoxify your body, deepen the stretches and safely increases the intensity and benefits of your practice.

Each 90 minute class allows for tired, achy and stiff muscles to move more easily into poses, release muscle tension, promote good posture, build muscle tone, increase strength and stimulate circulation of internal organs and glands.
Breathing exercises are taught and practiced to help deepen the breath, exercise the lungs, strengthen the nervous system and deepen self-awareness.
High heat helps your body to shed unwanted toxins and lose weight faster. Practicing yoga in a heated atmosphere increases flexibility, strength and balance. Practice with more benefits and less risk of injury.

Our classes suit everyone, regardless of your ability or fitness level. We advise you to bring a water bottle and your own towels to our hot yoga class, and two-standard pillows for our meditation class. Mats, blocks and blankets are provided free of charge. Please be mindful that we are a barefoot practice and are classes may be held together or separately. It is encouraged you ask at the time you RSVP as pricing may vary.

Gentle Yoga 

This class is appropriate for all students seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle and restorative practice.

No prior yoga experience required. Prenatal welcome and will be accommodated with correct props by your instructor.

This is not a heated class.

Simply enjoy 75 minutes of stretching, toning and releasing with a long savasana at the end of your practice

Deep restorative work improves range of motion and joint mobility, reduces pain and the effects of stress. Students with injuries, arthritis or other chronic conditions, limitations related to age or size as well as students with a more vigorous yoga practice will benefit.
