Reservation & Cancellation Information We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation of a session and 48 hours, for our guided meditation and/or group class. All missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged the full amount of scheduled session, meditation and/or group class. A credit card number may be needed to hold your reservation. Prices are subject to change without notice. In certain instances, our fee schedule may change before our website or brochure does. Please confirm prices while booking your appointment. Please note that we may not be able to extend sessions, which start after the scheduled appointment time. Any appointment arriving more than 20 minutes late may not be accommodated. Services may be denied at the discretion of management.
Certificate Information
To purchase a certificate please call us at (585) 315-0467 or purchase a certificate at our location. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of redemption. Unfortunately, lost or stolen gift certificates may not be honored. A credit will be issued in lieu of a cash refund for gift certificates, services or products purchased.
In Addition
To ensure a serene environment within our practice, we ask that you turn off your cell phone upon arrival and honor our sacred space by hanging jackets and placing shoes in the designated entryway. We recommend against bringing valuables. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
